Looking For Members Posted 10/13/2009
Earth Rising Sanctuary Earth rising sanctuary is located on a beautiful piece of property in northeast washington overlooking the Columbia River and mountains of Canada. Seminars and healing arts gatherings are regularly held on the property for those who desire to share and learn techniques in the self-healing arts for the individual and the Earth. We are looking for more members who are interested in growing both on the agricultural and personal levels. Artists and healers are also very welcome and our space can be affordably rented by anyone interested in holding a gathering of their own. Winter residence is available in the community building for $100 a month plus 12 hours work and a share of the expenses (primarily plowing and propane for cooking.) There is also the option of paying $200 which would cover expenses and no labor would be required. We are also looking for an earth conscious buyer to purchase the neighboring 20 acre property for $75,000. This land also has similar stunning views of the Columbia River and surrounding mountains. Our neighbor is being kind in giving the sanctuary a window of time to find the right person or group of people. This window may be short so if you are interested or know a person or community of people who may be interested, please contact as soon as possible. It is crucial for the future of Earth Rising Sanctuary that the buyer be respectful of conscious natural living, healing gatherings and seminars and respect for nature. If

Income Opportunities Introducing Structured and Balanced Water Posted 9/29/2009 Updated 9/30/2009
Clayton Nolte, inventor of Utopic Structured Water™ devices is seeking intentional communities & retreat centers that would like to enjoy the health & savings benefits of "living water", share them with residents/guests & earn an income when others decide to buy one of the units. There are also opportunities for individuals & communities to earn an affiliate commission helping others learn about these life & energy enhancing products. This exclusive technology uses an advanced understanding of the vortex phenomenon, utilizing the dynamic characteristic of water itself to create a naturally balanced, “structured water”. It alters the molecular structure of the water, activating and retaining the healthful benefits of minerals & characteristics while excess suspended solids, contaminants & sediment are dynamically isolated or removed. Specially tuned geometry creates an energy environment for water to structure itself. This gives water a lower surface tension and better hydrating properties. While both showering and drinking, the geometric configurations break up large low energy water molecule clusters into smaller high-energy clusters. This eliminates negative energy patterns (sometimes called the 'memory' of water) & redefines the water's natural healthy energy pattern. What does that mean to you? This structured water allows the molecules to imprint through the DNA and RNA the knowledge of its secret blue print and help you to become more balanced in the universe.

Ecovillage Forming in Massachusetts Highlands Posted 9/1/2009
You might find Katywil, an ecovillage in the forming/building stage, an answer to your needs. Three "families" (singles and a couple)are now living in the village and will be joined by two more couples by late spring 2010. Thirteen more lots are available, eight in Phase I and five in Phase II. The emphasis at Katywil is on a community enjoying the views of the eastern Berkshire mountains, fresh air and fresh water, fresh fruits and vegetables grown here, and most important, each others' company. The very-low-maintenance houses are designed to be very low energy consumers. They are also planned for "aging in place" so most houses have wider doorways, Universal Design kitchens and bathrooms, and a lower-level space that can be easily converted for a live-in caregiver. For people considering down-sizing and living more simply amid the pleasures of country life with easy access to the amenities of Greenfield, Shelburne Falls, Amherst, Northampton, and Williamstown, Katywil could be a good place to look!

DancingBones cabin for sale Posted 10/29/2007 Updated 4/20/2009
DancingBones is an Intentional Community located in Northern New Hampshire on the edge of the White Mountain National Forest. We strive to live simple lives, close to the earth, and in an Eco friendly way. We have built small, rustic cabins, on a heavily wooded hillside in a very rural setting. We look to maintain a low cost residential village where much of the daily work is shared by the residents. We are looking to add members and cabins. We have just completed a small guest cabin that is available for potential residents looking to become familiar with DancingBones. The guest cabin is available for a short stay and, with community approval, perhaps a longer stay to have time to get to know us. The charming guest cabin is fully insulated and complete with wood stove for winter use. A small fee/donation is requested to offset the operational costs. Should your stay, at DancingBones, meet with your approval, you could apply for residential membership. There is a screening process for membership and that process involves full consensus from our existing residents. OK; now you would like to live at DancingBones. You have visited us and spent some time getting to know us. You have applied and received residential approval. No better time, since there is 1 existing cabin available for purchase. Asking $30,000. You will love this rural life!
