Reduced Rent for Organic Gardener in Remote Community Posted 6/21/2009
I’m offering $150 off the $500 rent for my charming one-bedroom cottage on five riverfront acres in this beautiful and remote northern California valley – you look after the garden, grow what you want (possibly make some income too), and keep me in veggies. The garden is three years old and about 4000 square feet, with space for more. The property itself is not a community – it’s the small town that has many of the features of intentional community in place naturally - sharing food and tools and advice, meetings with friends, gatherings for enlightenment and entertainment, etc. Just by living here people express their intention to live simply and locally, and far from traffic and cities and the influence of popular culture and the mass media (cell phones don't work). The cottage is small but comfortable and well-insulated, heated by woodstove. Perfect for single, creative, self-sufficient person (little chance of paid work). More details, photos, and questions answered, by phone or email.

Evolutionary Technology for community Living Posted 6/16/2009
WIN~WIN PARADIGM A NEW EVOLUTIONARY RELATIONSHIP REALITY The Win~Win paradigm is a process for enhancing authentic communication, problem-solving skills, and creative conflict resolution. Practicing and using the tools of win-win brings out the inherent genius and fullest potential in each participant. With more honest and clear communication, and the deeper heart connection and safety that result, both individuals and the group are strengthened. In an atmosphere in which all opinions can be heard and included, there will be greater harmony, more creativity, and outside-the-box solutions to problems. As practitioners of this paradigm, our commitment to all who are willing to engage in this process is to create a safe, sacred environment for the practice of the Win~Win paradigm. Through our knowledge and wisdom, we are able to facilitate, through practical techniques, the means for each participant to integrate this evolutionary technology into their own lives, bringing new vitality and joy to all of their relationships. ========================================================================= SEVEN STEPS TO WIN~WIN SUCCESS AFFINITY→ Being fully committed to engage in the process RESPONSIBILITY→ Owning one’s role in the creative process ACTIVE LISTENING →Hearing and Validating all feelings, moving beyond right and wrong ACCOUNTABILITY→Acknowledging that agreements are sacred and always open to renegotiation POWER→Knowing that
